Q: What file formats do you accept?
We prefer to accept the file in the format ready to be processed with the word processors. In this case, we prefer MS Word (.doc, .docx, .rtf) for its Track Changes feature that allows our editor to highlight the amendments made to the file. We also accept any other type of MS Office files and PDF. Please take a note that any files require a conversion process may affect the time of completion and/or the charged fees.
Q: Who will edit/translate my file?
By default, your file will be checked by one main editor and one additional editor that acts as a final eye specialist. Your file will be edited and translated with those who have a qualification in English and Literature study for grammar, spelling and punctuation, as well as writing style consistencies. Another editor who holds at least master’s degree qualification will check your file in a bigger picture, ensuring that your file is integrated accordingly, based on its content, and suits for publication.
Q: How will you edit my file?
We are editing your file with the Track Changes feature from MS Word to highlight the amendments made by our editors. More explanation of this feature can be read from the following page.
Q: Do you include a plagiarism/similarity detection in your service?
When it comes to Academic works, then no. We do not include plagiarism detection or any kind of similarity check in our service. We strongly recommend you to conduct it prior sending your file to us.
Q: Will your service affect my plagiarism (similarity) score?
No. We keep your file securely and not sharing it with any other parties except our own editors, with the intention to complete the editing/translation work. We declare this explicitly in our Terms of Service here.
Q: What are the payment options?
We are accepting credit cards online payment (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, wire transfer (bank transfer), and cash for the payment of our services. You can inform us the preferred method and we will inform you the details on the invoice.
Q: I used your service before. Can I request the same editor to work with my file again?
Definitely, you can. However, depending on the availability of your preferred editor, you may have to wait and we might postpone your work if he or she is fully engaged in another project. Worry not, we record your request on the list to ensure appropriate scheduling.
Q: What are your operating hours?
You are always welcome to send us email and messages 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. However, aside from the mentioned time below, please expect a slower response from our team.
We are at UTC+8. Our writers and editors prefer the following schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
- Saturday: 9 am – 4 pm
- Sunday: 9 am – 1 pm
